Literary Lyme Walking Tours

Literary Lyme Walking Tours started a few years ago as a result of many trips to Lyme Regis, a love of literature and the subsequent realisation that it would be possible to combine the two. After much research, the first tour emerged and the company has continued to grow.

Over the past few years, we have taken part in regional festivals such as Lyme Regis Fossil Festival and have joined forces with Lyme Regis Artsfest to form a literary section of this festival. Through these efforts, we have gained certain credibility, which enables us to gain access to premises where it had previously been denied. As a result, other tour operators are now outsourcing their work to us. Recently, we have gained affiliation with Lyme Regis Museum through one of our more recent tours.
